Because many of our products are custom-made, programmed, personalized, or prepared specifically for each order, we ask that customers review their order details carefully before completing their purchase.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not functioning as intended, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, we may request photographs, videos, or additional information regarding the problem.

As a result, custom, personalized, branded, programmed, or made-to-order products are generally not eligible for return, exchange, or refund once production has begun.
NON-RETURNABLE PURCHASES
To maintain product quality and ensure fairness for all customers, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

REFUND PROCESSING
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
Please allow up to 10 business days for financial institutions and payment providers to process the refund after approval.
